ABOUT
PATTI ADAIR
Patti Adair is a fourth-generation Oregonian, wife, and mother of three who has devoted her life to public service and responsible stewardship of taxpayer dollars. Born in Pendleton and raised on her family’s ranch in Heppner, her Oregon roots trace back to 1884. A proud University of Oregon alum who later earned her CPA from Central Washington University, Patti built her financial career at Moss Adams while helping raise millions for schools, a hospital, and programs supporting homeless women and children.

Elected as a Deschutes County Commissioner in 2018, Patti has worked across the aisle to improve community safety, protect natural resources, and advocate for veterans, all while managing more than 1,200 employees and 22 departments. Known for her bipartisan approach, she’s brought together Oregonians from all political backgrounds to get results. Patti and her husband, Bob, now live on their horse ranch in Sisters, where she remains deeply connected to the community and the land that shaped her values.
